1. LICENSED ELECTRICIANS

 We are seeking Apprentice and Journeymen Electricians. Immediate Openings and Excellent Pay! Some Contracts Pay Prevailing Wage.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work in the safest possible manner while following all Infinite Vision USA, Customer and OSHA guidelines.
  • Complete all work according to National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines.
  • Responsible for job site safety, cleaning, and job completion.
  • Electrical installation on new and remodel commercial projects in the Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus area. 
  • Conduit install, wire pulling, lighting install, device install. 
  • Maintain a clean and prepared job site and eliminate all possible hazards.
  • Perform a variety of tasks involving the use of hand tools, power tools and equipment used to retrofit, replace and repair lighting fixtures. 
  • Proper installation of lamps, ballasts and other lighting components of within various fixture types following NEC guidelines.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of trucks/vans and staging material.
  • Properly maintain all company property provided to perform job.
  • Provide great customer service in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Participate in safety meetings and training as required.
  • Complete all company required safety training programs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Electrical knowledge
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to lift and/or carrying up to 45 pounds
  • Work safely from ladders and various lifts up to 40 feet
  • Bend, squat, kneel
  • Twist and turn
  • Hold arms above head for extended amount of time
  • Climb stairs
  • Mechanical abilities are preferred
  • Willing to work different shifts.
  • Provide own hand tools, battery operated drill.

2. DATA CENTER CONSTRUCTION SAFETY MARSHAL

This role is designed for professionals with a Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related STEM field) who can bridge engineering design and safe field execution.

Role Overview

You will serve as the technical authority for:

  • Energy Control Plan (ECP) governance
  • LOTO engineering design and enforcement
  • Medium & High Voltage switching oversight
  • MOP/AP review and approval
  • Pre-energization inspections and final energization approval
  • Redundant critical power system validation (2N, N+1)

You will ensure safe commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems while maintaining compliance with NFPA 70E and OSHA standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all energization and de-energization safety processes
  • Review and approve Methods of Procedure (MOPs)
  • Interpret single-line drawings and system redundancies
  • Supervise Deputy Marshals and LOTO Coordinators
  • Conduct audits and enforce Energy Control Plan compliance
  • Lead root cause investigations for energy-related incidents
  • Coordinate with owners, contractors, and commissioning teams

The ideal candidate:

  • Holds a Master’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or related STEM field
  • Has strong understanding of power distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators, and critical redundancy
  • Can confidently interpret and update one-line drawings
  • Has experience in data center or mission-critical construction
  • Is NFPA 70E qualified (OSHA 10/30 preferred)
  • Demonstrates servant leadership with strong enforcement capability
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-risk construction environments

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites
  • Flexibility for night/weekend energizations
  • Excellent technical communication and problem-solving skills
  • Level I – Entry/Undergraduate
  • Level II – Advanced/Master’s preferred
